Considering your next move?
We're retained by the companies doing the hiring, so we can't represent every candidate. But we keep a close network of construction leaders, and when a search fits, the people in it move first. Send your résumé and what you're after. If there's a match, you'll hear from one of us directly.
Your career is not inventory.
We are paid by the hiring company. We say so on the first call, because you deserve to know whose money is in the room before you decide how much to tell us.
It is also the reason we will not talk you into a job we do not believe in. A match that comes apart in year one costs us the client, the candidate, and the reputation that brought both of them here. Our incentives and yours point the same direction more often than the industry's reputation suggests.
-
Confidentiality by default
Nothing about you reaches a company without your explicit say so, on a named opportunity. No résumé blasts, no "let me float you past someone", no surprise calls to your current employer.
-
Permission before every introduction
You hear which company, which role, and why we think it fits before we send anything. If the answer is no, that is the end of it and it costs you nothing with us.
-
An honest brief on the opportunity
Including the parts that would give a reasonable person pause: the turnover in the role, the owner who has not fully let go, the market that is softer than the pitch. You cannot judge a move on a sales pitch.
-
Evaluated across seven dimensions, not a keyword list
Whether you can do the work is one question of seven. Whether the context suits you, whether the daily reality feeds what drives you, and what kind of leadership you will get all decide whether the move is worth making.
-
Straight guidance through the offer
Real numbers, real comparison, and a plain read on the counteroffer. Sometimes the honest answer is that you should stay where you are. We have given it before and we will give it again.
-
Still here after you accept
The first ninety days decide whether the match holds. We stay in contact through them, and you can call us in month eight when something is not working and you want a read from someone outside the company.
One caveat, stated plainly: we are retained by the companies doing the hiring, so we cannot represent every candidate who comes to us. What we can promise is that a real person reads what you send and that you will get a straight answer either way.
We read it.
- We read every submission. No keyword filter, no auto-reply.
- If a current or upcoming search fits, we reach out to talk before anything else.
- Nothing gets shared with a company without your explicit say-so.
Got it.
We read every submission ourselves. If a current or upcoming search fits, we will reach out to you directly. Nothing is shared with a company without your say-so.
